Responsible for the data analysis for, and the design and implementation of, interfaces between the UBS systems and HP's FlexDeploy program, to allow UBS to automate the Desktop Transformation Program, where the worldwide desktop landscape is migrated from Windows XP to Windows 7. The role started out as pure data analysis, but soon evolved into a data architecture role to synchronise and merge data from 16 feeder systems into a single, coherent data stream into the FlexDeploy database. Extra responsibilities taken on during the project were system analysis from a data perspective, and requirements/expectation management of the different stake holders up to senior management, including problem analysis of the source data and source systems.
